What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is a term used for the disorders that cause apprehension, fear, nervousness and worrying. The anxiety has the very weird symptoms which cause the person depressed and to worrying about the things. Today’s life most of the people are suffering with the anxiety. Anxiety makes the person week and lowers the confidence of the person.

According to the symptoms anxiety is classified into the following part


  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
  • Panic Disorder
  • Social Anxiety Disorder
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)


Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) 

GAD is a chronic disorder caused by excessive, long-lasting anxiety and worry about nonspecific life events and situations. The person suffering from  often feel afraid and worry about health, money, family, work, or school. The fears of the surfers are usually  hypothetical. Sufferers expect failure and disaster to the point that it interferes with daily functions like work, school, social activities, and relationships


Panic Disorder

Panic Disorder is caused by brief or sudden attacks of intense terror and apprehension that leads to confusing nature, shaking, dizziness, nausea, and difficulty breathing. The panic attack usually occurs after the person having some frightening experience .To minimise panic attack the surfer try to use alternatives to distract its mind but it is very difficult for the person to come out of this.

Social Anxiety Disorder

Social anxiety disorder, also known as social phobia, caused by the fear of certain social situations—especially situations in which you fell that you will be noticed or evaluated  by others. This disorder  cause people to hesitate to interact with other people, avoid public situations and human contact which makes the life of the people so miserable. People try to get out of it but somehow they just get trapped in their own thoughts.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

OCD is an anxiety disorder characterised by  uncontrollable, unwanted thoughts and repetitive, ritualised behaviours you feel compelled to perform. The surfer usually know that its worry and thoughts are unreasonable but he is unable to stop that thoughts coming to  mind. Person suffering wit OCD will appear superstitious, such as an insistence in walking in a certain pattern, arranging the things in the proper pattern, check locks, stoves many times which irritate the person.

I rate the Anxiety level into these categories

1 to 6 out of 10

  • Talk to yourself that you want to get out from this again and again whenever these thoughts comes to your mind just take a long breath and try to avoid the thoughts.
  • Read the blogs that have content related to positive thoughts.
  • Eat the good meal and take your meal with proper schedule.
  • Have proper sleep daily. 

7-10 out of 10 

  • If you are at serious situation then you should prefer the doctor because it is a disorder.
  • Do meditation it is the very effective way to get relief from this.
